Scope
Kingdom-Leaders Org LLC (“Kingdom-Leaders,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal information when you register for or participate in the Free Dynamically Driven by Design Workshop.
This policy applies to the workshop registration form, transactional workshop email, human workshop-related telephone contact, Zoom registration and access, calendar information, registration and call-status records, and follow-up directly related to the workshop. Workshop registration does not automatically enroll you in marketing email or authorize SMS or text messaging.
Information We Collect
When you register, we collect:
- Your first and last name.
- Your email address.
- Your required mobile telephone number.
- The workshop session you select.
- Your optional answers about an area where results, direction, or progress feel unclear or inconsistent and what would make the workshop useful for you.
- The required registration-consent language and version you accepted, together with the date and time of consent.
- Any separate optional marketing-email or SMS consent choice and consent version if those options are approved and activated in the future.
- Registration, attendance, cancellation, call-due, call-completed, and communication-delivery records.
- Zoom registration information, including the selected meeting occurrence, Zoom registrant identifier, and personal Zoom access information.
- Calendar-event information for the selected workshop session.
- Limited technical and security information, such as a protected representation of the connecting IP address, registration-attempt identifiers, timestamps, and delivery-provider identifiers used to prevent abuse, troubleshoot delivery, and maintain registration records.
The optional registration questions are intended for brief workshop context. Please do not include sensitive personal, financial, health, or confidential information. Any additional pre-work observations you prepare are for your own use unless you voluntarily choose to share them during the workshop or a workshop-related conversation.
Required Workshop Communications
Registering authorizes communications needed to administer the specific workshop registration.
Transactional workshop email
Required transactional email may include registration confirmation, personal Zoom access, calendar information, preparation material, 24-hour and 1-hour reminders, schedule or access updates, workshop support, and one post-workshop follow-up directly related to the workshop attended. That follow-up may include a workshop recap, materials promised as part of the workshop, and the participant’s identified next action.
Required transactional workshop email does not enroll you in ongoing marketing email.
Workshop-related telephone contact
A mobile telephone number is required because a Kingdom-Leaders owner or team member may call you about your workshop registration, preparation, access, participation, cancellation, or follow-up directly related to the workshop.
Telephone contact is a human owner/team action. The launch system does not include automated calling, robocalling, or an external telephony provider.
Providing your telephone number does not authorize SMS or text messaging, does not subscribe you to marketing texts, does not constitute SMS consent, and does not by itself subscribe you to marketing calls.
Optional marketing email
Marketing email is separate from workshop administration and may include the six Kingdom-Leaders courses, the complete six-week program, the Kingdom-Leaders Master Program, products, offers, or other educational and promotional communications. Marketing email is currently inactive for this registration flow.
If offered later, it will require a separate optional checkbox that is unchecked by default. Consent will not be required to register or purchase, the consent version and timestamp will be recorded, and each marketing email will provide a way to unsubscribe. Workshop registration consent will not be treated as marketing-email consent.
SMS and text messaging
SMS and text-message delivery are currently disabled. Providing a required telephone number does not authorize Kingdom-Leaders to send text messages and is not used as SMS consent.
If transactional workshop texts are offered later, they will require a separate optional checkbox that is unchecked by default. The applicable message frequency, rates disclosure, opt-out and help instructions, provider information, sending number, and consent version will be presented before consent is collected. SMS will not begin until that system and its compliance process are separately approved.
How We Use Information
We use workshop information to:
- Register you for the selected session.
- Manage the 25-person capacity and one-hour registration cutoff.
- Create occurrence-specific Zoom registration and provide your unique access information.
- Generate calendar information for the selected session.
- Send required transactional workshop email.
- Enable an owner or team member to complete and record workshop-related telephone contact.
- Respond to questions, cancellations, access problems, and privacy requests.
- Maintain registration, consent, attendance, call-status, and delivery records.
- Protect the registration system, prevent abuse, and diagnose operational problems.
- Comply with applicable legal and recordkeeping obligations.
Service Providers and Information Sharing
We do not sell workshop registration information. We share information only as needed with providers that support registration and the workshop:
- Cloudflare, for website delivery, security, encrypted platform secrets, and protected data storage.
- Zoom, for occurrence-specific workshop registration and access.
- Resend, once separately authorized, for transactional workshop email delivery.
No automated-calling provider or SMS provider is connected for launch.
Email delivery through Resend
Kingdom-Leaders plans to use a dedicated Resend credential for transactional workshop email. Resend will receive information needed to deliver and monitor these messages, such as your email address, message content, and delivery identifiers. Workshop delivery will not use or modify the separate Store commerce credential.
Zoom registration and access
We provide Zoom with your name and email address to register you for the specific recurring-meeting occurrence you selected. Zoom returns unique access information for that registration. Your personal Zoom access information is stored in encrypted form and provided only through registration-related communications and calendar information. Reusable public meeting URLs are not provided through the registration flow.
Calendar information
We generate calendar-event information containing the workshop date, time, and personal Zoom access information. Using the calendar link does not give Kingdom-Leaders access to your personal calendar. Your calendar provider may process the event under its own privacy terms after you add it.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, protect rights or safety, or investigate misuse of the registration system.
Data Security and Retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect workshop information. Contact information and personal Zoom access information are stored in encrypted form. Access credentials and service secrets are maintained separately as encrypted platform secrets. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
We retain workshop registration, consent, communication, telephone-contact status, attendance, and security records only for as long as reasonably necessary to administer the workshop, provide support, document consent and delivery, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and satisfy applicable legal or recordkeeping obligations.
When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we will delete it, de-identify it, or securely dispose of it. Information may be retained longer when required by law, needed to establish or defend legal claims, or necessary to complete a pending cancellation, deletion, security, or delivery investigation.
Cancellation, Communication Choices, Access, Correction, and Deletion
You may cancel your workshop registration by replying to a workshop email or contacting [email protected].
If optional marketing email is activated and you subscribe, you may unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or by contacting us. If optional SMS is activated in the future and you separately consent, the applicable opt-out instructions will be provided before consent and in the messages.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your workshop information by emailing us. We may need to verify your identity. Applicable requests are subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, and recordkeeping requirements.
Children’s privacy
The workshop registration experience is not directed to children under 13, and Kingdom-Leaders does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this flow. Contact us if you believe a child provided information through the registration form.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the registration process, service providers, communication channels, or legal requirements change. This page will show the effective date of the current version. Material changes affecting an existing consent will be handled through an updated notice or consent process when required.
